our beliefs
As a mission church of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America, our statement of belief is the Westminster Confession of Faith together with the Testimony of the Reformed Presbyterian Church.

Some of the important doctrines that our creed maintains include the following:

-The Bible alone is the ultimate authority concerning what we believe and how we should live. -Galatians 1:8

-All of life is to be lived to the glory of God. God rules over every aspect of life. -Romans 11:36

-One is saved by Jesus Christ's work alone. There is nothing about anyone that wins the favor of God. No one can earn the forgiveness of sins by doing good deeds. -Ephesians 2:8-9

-The means by which a person receives the forgiveness of sin and eternal life is by faith alone. We are saved only by  confidence and personal trust in Jesus Christ as He is offered and revealed to us in the Bible. -Romans 5:1-2

-As our King, Jesus Christ has commanded the church to bring all of the nations and all of the families of the earth to receive His forgiveness, to worship, and to serve Him. -Matthew 28:19

In light of some of the more current trends that are impacting the church in our day you should know that New Creation also maintains the following:

-The verbal plenary inspiration of the Bible as stated in
The Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy as opposed to any liberal or neo-orthodox view of Scripture.

-The days of creation in Genesis 1 were of ordinary (24 hour) length as opposed to any day/age, gap, framework, or theistic evolutionary view.

-Ordained offices in the Church are reserved for males only as opposed to the ordination of women elders.
